Studio

Modo House is a design and development studio in Nashville, focused on small-scale residential projects. We bring development and design together, guiding each home from its first possibilities to the finished spaces.

Our work begins with how a home is lived in: the arrangement of rooms, the passage of light and the connections between indoors and out. Warm, restrained material palettes, custom millwork and carefully placed lighting give each project its character.

Our current work includes ground-up residential construction and renovation projects in Nashville, with active sourcing across architectural finishes, plumbing fixtures, lighting, millwork, flooring, stone and specialty materials.
